Chance Card algae for animal feed and for agricultural crops

24 April 2018 by Margherita Leoni

The report about the potential of algae as feed has been produced in collaboration with Nevedi and Natuur en Milieu (Nature and Environment) in early 2015. In response to this report, an alliance is under preparation with feed mills and the report is used to demonstrate the effect of adding algae to feed in Dutch conditions.

In the beginning of 2016, a report will be published on the potential of microalgae for use in crops as a plant protection product or biostimulant, growth regulator and soil additive. Based on this report partnerships are sought to further explore and test these applications.
